Letter Folk Additional Terms

Subscription Services

Monthly Adventure subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account and subscription portal. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.

Delivery Information

Letter Folk is a physical mail experience. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on postal services, public holidays and the customer's location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and keeping their shipping address up to date.

Intellectual Property

All Letter Folk stories, characters, artwork, letters, illustrations, branding and related materials remain the intellectual property of Letter Folk and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Product Experience

Letter Folk is designed as an ongoing storytelling experience. The pace and timing of the adventure are intentional and form part of the product itself.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letter Folk will not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures caused by third-party postal services, technical outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
