At Letter Folk, every adventure is delivered by post and designed to unfold over time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this page will be updated.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

For subscriptions, your first letter will be included in the next available mail-out schedule.

Subsequent letters will be posted every two weeks as part of the ongoing adventure.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Most deliveries within Australia typically arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Address Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order.

Customers are responsible for keeping their delivery address up to date, particularly for Monthly Adventure subscriptions.

Address changes can be made through your customer account.

Lost or Delayed Mail

If a letter has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Damaged Mail

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
